As a senior citizen my knowledge of computers is very limited and I know how to turn it on and off! So last week when my desktop computer crashed, I went into a panic mode as the IT specialist I used in the past was retired and did not want to go to a place like Staples or Best Buy because they are simply too large and you get treated like a number. So, with my eyes squinted I googled local computer specialists on my I-phone and found Natan who was within 5 miles of my home. So, on a Saturday I called him and explained the problem, and he set up an appointment for me to bring my unit to his shop first thing Monday morning. So, when we met, he was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as he diagnosed the problems on his diagnostic tool within 10 minutes and thoroughly explained that he had to order some parts and replace some boards and 3 days later he called me and told me my computer is done and can pick it up. WOW ! It only took a few days whereas those big retailers would take WEEKS since they outsource repairs anyway.
